A number of supporters have reacted to the news that members of the Manchester United first-team squad want the club to install Paris Saint-Germain chief Mauricio Pochettino as their next permanent manager.
As reported by the Manchester Evening News , there is a growing level of support within the squad for United's hierarchy to turn to Pochettino, as the club begins to step up its pursuit of sourcing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's permanent successor.
The Argentine was prepared to join United mid-season back in November and has remained a firm target ever since, amid reports of unrest in the French capital.
Alongside highly-rated Ajax boss Erik ten Hag, Pochettino is understood to be one of the frontrunners for the role and is considered among the best possible candidates to get United back on track.
