The former glamour model was taken to hospital and cops were called to her home after an incident in August 2021 where she claimed an "attacker" broke in.
Katie, 43, told police she had been the victim of a violent attack and was driven to a friend's house nearby where she was attended to by paramedics.
Essex Police told The Sun: "A man arrested following reports of an assault in Little Canfield on 23 August has been released under investigation." Now, The Mirror have claimed that the mother-of-five's former nanny has given a statement to police as a potential witness to the attack.
