JONATHAN Ross has revealed his daughter Betty is using a wheelchair as she battles her long-term illness. The TV star opened up about his daughter's battle with fibromyalgia, which is thought to have been brought on by her battle with Covid-19.

Jonathan, 62, took to Loose Women to open up about Betty's illness - which she was diagnosed with last year. While he explained that the family were overjoyed she was making "some improvement", she was still struggling and having to rely on a wheelchair to walk long distances.

Betty, 30, suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome and Postural tachycardia syndrome - which causes extreme tiredness and an abnormal increase in the heart rate.

TV host Jonathan explained that her diagnosis has made it hard for her to "walk a long way", despite receiving treatment. read more on jonathan rossDREAM COME TRUE £34m jackpot could be yours TONIGHT making you richer than Jonathan RossHONEY BARE Honey Ross goes topless on the beach and says she's 'too fat' for Love Island "She has fibromyalgia and she has chronic fatigue syndrome and POTS syndrome as well, which is where your heart rate shoots up," Jonathan explained.
