JEDWARD revealed they 'held their mum's hand' as she lost her battle with cancer. The twins, both 28, admitted they have felt 'disconnected' after her death.

John and Edward Grimes, were right their mother's side in her final days and played Fleetwood Mac as she passed away due to a five-year battle with leukemia.

Appearing on The Late Late Show, the pair told Ryan Tubridy they are heartbroken their mother won't be able to go to their weddings or see their kids.

Edward shared: "We were there when she passed and we are thankful that we were there - we were able to hold her hand. "We had some earphones listening to some music.
