CATCHPHRASE will resume filming next week as host Stephen Mulhern and guests will adhere to strict social distancing rules. The hit ITV series is set to be the first entertainment show to begin filming following the coronavirus hiatus.
In order to stick to government guidelines, the game show will start filming next Monday without an audience and the studio will be cleaned every day to limit any infections.
STV Productions will record ten episodes of the programme, which will be aired on ITV throughout autumn. Presenter Stephen Mulhern said: "We were always due to start filming now so it's great that we are in a position that we can do so. "It feels so good to be back in the studio and it's taken a huge amount of work from the crew and all.
