MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace has lost a whopping 4.5 stone since embarking on a weight loss journey in a bid to be fitter and healthier.Fans of the cooking show will have noticed a visual change in the TV star, 58, over the course of the last few series after he dropped from 16st and 7lbs to 12st and 1lb in a relatively short period of time.After undergoing an incredible body transformation, the BBC judge's social media is packed with progress photos showcasing his slimmed down physique.Greg - who sparked controversy this week by appearing in a spoof documentary about a factory creating edible human meat - credits a simple trick to his change in appearance.He has been open about his weight loss journey, and says he was not forced to sacrifice meals to achieve his goal.
