However, Owen was left feeling disappointed at the lack of stars he managed to achieve in his first attempt at a public-voted trial.
As the trial grew to a close, a clearly deflated Owen said: “I’m not happy man, I’m covered in all sorts and we’ve only got 5 stars… he [Matt] was doing well until you got me on his team.” Campmates Charlene and Sue expressed their concerns about the lack of food won during the trial after Matt had brought home a full house the day before.
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Hollyoaks hunk Owen said: “I’m feeling very disappointed, very deflated. I’m not the smartest geezer about, which is probably why I got put to do that.
