I'm A Celebrity medics had to be called in following tonight's trial as Lioness Jill Scott had a cockroach stuck in her ear.

The 35-year-old footballer got into a bit of a panic as she declared she had something lodged in her ear during tonight's episode of the ITV show.Ant and Dec asked medics to step in and one took a syringe to flush out her ear before using tweezers to pullout the culprit.

The incident occurred after Jill took part in the trial 'The Unlucky Dip', while rugby star Mike Tindall went for a ride on the 'Critter Carousel' and Hollyoaks star Owen Warner, was strapped into the 'Fiendish Ferris Wheel'.And as the buzzer sounded to end the trial, Jill told hosts Ant and Dec: “I’ve just got a cockroach stuck in my ear.”And once the critter has been successfully removed, Jill joked: “Come to the jungle they said, it would be fun they said"Host Ant McPartlin joked: "Jill, that was bigger than the one Fatima Whitbread had up her nose!” And many fans of the show took to Twitter to talk about Jill's ordeal.
