Two Bolton Wanderers players made a young fan's day with a surprise facetime call during the coronavirus lockdown. Lewis Dearden is a season ticket holder at Wanderers, along with dad Lee.
And the 12-year-old was thrilled when he received a call out of the blue by Bolton's Joe Bunney and Joe's favourite Wanderers player, Dennis Politic.
Joe Bunney's brother Jamie works for Lee, he told the Manchester Evening News, and explained that Lewis had appeared in the background of a video call that he had been having with Jamie.
The Bolton star's brother asked if Lewis would appreciate a phone call or facetime from the left-back, as well as asking who the youngster's favourite Wanderers player is, which is Romanian winger Politic.
