Olympic silver medallist, Keely Hodgkinson, shared her experiences and stories of success as Wigan Council reopened the Believe Talent Fund.
Keely Hodgkinson, aged 19, won a silver medal in the 800m at the Tokyo Olympics earlier this year. The Believe Talent Fund, launched in 2015, offers financial support to young athletes between 11 and 24 living in the borough, and is now open for new applications.
