jail after he killed a dad-of-three in a road collision.John Crozier, who only has one eye, did not spot "kind, thoughtful and clever" cyclist Robert Eaves when his car smashed into him in an incident last year.The father tragically passed away as a result of his extensive injuries following the crash.

Crozier, who is from Warrington, now suffers from "sleepless nights" and refuses to ever drive a vehicle again, Manchester Magistrates' Court heard.

According to Manchester Evening News, the family of Mr Eaves expressed sounds of shock and utter disbelief when they heard that the case would not be sent to the Crown Court and that Crozier would be handed a community sentence.
