Heartbroken family pay tribute to teen 'who loved going out with mates' after e-bike crash
dailyrecord.co.ukThe heartbroken family of a young man who died following a horror e-bike crash have paid tribute to their son "who loved going out and about with his mates".Marcus Beck, 17, passed away following the incident, which happened on the A941 near Elgin at around 8pm on Monday.
Emergency services raced to the scene following reports of the collision involving a Sur-ron e-bike, a blue Vauxhall Mokka, a red Renault Clio, a black Vauxhall Corsa and a white VW Golf.Medics attended but both Marcus and his 16-year-old friend - named locally as Gregor Booth - were pronounced dead at the scene.
Marcus' family have been left heartbroken following the horror incident and they've now released a statement through Police Scotland.They said: “Marcus was a young man who loved going out and about with his mates.
He will be missed so very much by all of his family and his friends. We cannot begin to explain what a shock this has been for everyone and we would like time to be able to come to terms with what has happened.”Marcus and Gregor were passengers on the e-bike.
