When the grandmother-of-one was first assessed in 1986, a medical tribunal found she was at least 80% disabled before her health deteriorated further after she had a stroke in 2005.
Yet the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) removed her £117.85 Personal Independence Payments (PIP) as well as her right to a mobility car after an assessment in May 2018.
Christine's 43-year-old daughter Michelle, also from Dundee previously told the Daily Record : “In the beginning of 2018, her health deteriorated badly.
