In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

A leading royal expert has explained where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should be looking for inspiration when it comes to making money and regaining a popular status.

And it is no further than the example set by Harry's cousin, Zara Tindall and her husband Mike.The popular and sporty duo are fresh from their annual work trip to Australia to promote Magic Millions and received endless praise during their loved-up appearances.

Speaking to OK!, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond explained: "They really could teach them a thing or two, couldn't they?

I think the Sussexes should definitely take a leaf out of the Tindalls’ book. "Harry can’t change the fact that he is a Prince, but they could stop calling themselves Duke and Duchess… and why insist on using their children’s royal titles? "Zara and Mike have shown that they can enjoy enormous freedom without royal titles, they can earn a great deal of money through hard work, and yes, through who they are. "But they also play their full part in the Royal Family, attending public and private occasions and accepting their place in that family without jostling for position. "They don’t whinge, they don’t moan, they don’t attack the press for being interested, they don’t march to court if they are pictured in swimming gear...
