The Green Brigade have fired back at Livingston after the Celtic ultras group were slammed for "unacceptable" behaviour at Sunday's clash.
The West Lothian outfit accused the fan group of going against the club and police advice when they unveiled a pre-match tifo.
In a lengthy statement on the club website, Livingston stated that a request for a banner in three stands was refused at an operations meeting ahead of the game but that the ultras had managed to get it into the Tony Macaroni Arena “through an emergency gate” that had been left open due to safety concerns. And while the Scottish Premiership side have promised an investigation into the banners unveiled before and during the game, the Green Brigade appear to be unfazed amid the rising tensions.
They have taken to their social media to deliver a brief response - as well as share supporter footage from the day.A clip of fans travelling to the game as well as drone footage of the tifo at Almondvale was shared on X.
