Gogglebox star Simon Minty bravely opens up about mental health struggle
msn.comGogglebox star Simon Minty has bravely opened up about his battle with mental health with his followers. The Channel 4 TV personality, who stars on the show with his sister Jane, updated followers as he revealed he sees a counsellor.
Simon and his sister Jane, from London, joined the show in October 2021. Simon said he was a "big fan of taking care of your mental well-being" in a post as he shared how seeing his counsellor often makes him "feel better".
He wrote: "Continuing my farewell tour of N8. This is pic is of a cut through which I use when I go to see my counsellor. For the twenty minute scoot from my home, I pop my headphones on, play some music and think about what I want to talk about or explore.
