The Spice Girl hosted the bash on Saturday night for 120 people in a converted barn at the sprawling Oxfordshire home she shares with her husband, Red Bull F1 team boss Christian Horner, 48.
Guests included David and Victoria Beckham, Rylan Clark, Penny Lancaster, David Walliams, Holly Willoughby and her former bandmates Mel C and Emma Bunton.
But Mel B, who recently became engaged to fiancé Rory McPhee, was not in attendance. Dame Shirley Bassey sang Happy Birthday before a performance by Alexandra Burke.
