The Hits Radio host recently shared how she had reunited with her former trainer, known as 'Evil Steve' at Ultimate Performance (UP Fitness) in Manchester.
Gemma, 39, makes no secret of the fact that she's into her health and fitness and has been honest about her keenness to get back into her gym routine following the birth of her second child, Thiago, with her fiance Gorka back in July.
She actually shared back in early December how she was "beyond excited to feel this energised and strong again" as she looked back at her last 12-week stint at UP some years ago.
