Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

More information is coming out now about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump‘s Florida home. The former President of the United States confirmed this week that his home was raided by the FBI.

And now, there’s more information regarding the timing of that raid. Click inside to read more… Donald Trump was visiting New York City when the raid happened, and the timing was intentional by law enforcement so there would be no confrontation, police told TMZ.

Sources told the outlet that protocol is typically that the FBI would go in and, if the target of the search warrant was in the house, they would typically be handcuffed until the property was secured.

The subject would not be arrested, but detained. The target could not reenter the premises until the raid was completed. Trump came to New York in late July for his late ex-wife Ivana‘s funeral and has reportedly not been back to Mar-a-Lago.
