A family-run grocery store in Law is set to feature in a new television cookery show after the shop was chosen as a key filming location.Nad’s Store in the village was chosen by BBC Scotland for their new show Cornershop Cook-Off, which is hosted by Clare Grogan.The show’s premise is that two chefs go into a local shop with a £15 budget, and are tasked with creating a three-course menu.And next week’s episode was filmed in Nad’s.Speaking to the Wishaw Press, owner Nadeem Akhtar said: “We were contacted through our Facebook page and asked if we were interested in taking part.“I said that we would, and after a few weeks two people came and visited us in the shop and had a look around.“They gave us a call and told us they wanted to go ahead
