Neil Lennon

Neil Francis Lennon (born 25 June 1971) is a Northern Irish football coach and former player who is the manager of Scottish Premiership club Celtic. During his playing career he represented English clubs Manchester City, Crewe Alexandra and Leicester City.

Lennon moved to Scottish club Celtic in 2000, where he made over 200 appearances and was appointed captain in 2005. Before retiring as a player, he returned to England and played for Nottingham Forest and Wycombe Wanderers. Lennon made 40 appearances for Northern Ireland in nine years, scoring two goals. Lennon was appointed manager of Celtic in March 2010, initially in a caretaker capacity after the departure of Tony Mowbray.

A mock-up of Celtic 's potential new Adidas home shirt has appeared online. The kit features a darker shade of green and gold trim on the sleeves and sponsor logos.

The Scottish Premiership champions typically make a big show of their kit announcements by this point in the season but the coronavirus outbreak and the switch to a new supplier means Celtic fans are left in the dark.

And that has led to several potential kits appearing online - including this bottle green effort. The brand with the three stripes will replace New Balance, who have supplied strips to Celtic since 2015, just in time for a season in which Neil Lennon 's side are likely to be chasing a 10th title in a row.
