Drug driver who killed dad-of-four in Range Rover before spending a year posing with flash motors has sentence increased

Court of Appeal. Rizwan Ali, 26, was locked up for three-and-a-half years at Bolton Crown Court in June following the death of 65-year-old 'kind-hearted family man' Colin Olawumi in August 2018.

Ali had been speeding at 60mph in a 'high performance' Range Rover he fraudulently hired using his brother's driving licence.

He had cocaine and cannabis in his system.Despite trying to brake and swerve, he hit Mr Owalumi, who died at the scene. For the next 18-months Ali, of Russell Street, Bolton, tormented the victim's family with photos posing beside flash cars on social media.
