A disabled woman with a blue badge was told pay a fine for parking at Tesco. Wales Online reported that Claire Lewis went to the Tesco store in Merthyr Tydfil on Wednesday, October 27 to shop with her mum.
The 58-year-old said she received a letter telling her she needed to pay a fine on Friday, Nobember 5 - allegedly due to parking longer than allowed.
