Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Demi Jones vows to 'stay strong' as she discusses thyroid cancer and surgery

Love Island star Demi Jones has spoken out for the first time about her papillary thyroid cancer diagnosis. A day after revealing her diagnosis, the 22 year old emotionally thanks her friends, family and the public for their "immense love and support" and for showing her such "kindness" during the challenging time in her life.

Demi explained that she stayed "strong" while the doctor informed her of her diagnosis, but as soon as she left the room she collapsed into tears with her mother. "I've never had such an immense response in my life.

I've literally been inundated with messages, my phone literally blew up," she began, in a video posted to Instagram on Friday evening.
