Britain's Got Talent funny-man David Walliams has thrown out a number of rib-tickling digs at Simon Cowell after it emerged that the fellow judge had undergone a number of cosmetic procedures since the favourite ITV series last aired.

During the session however, attention was soon drawn towards Simon's 'new look' - which he addressed on Sunday at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, admitting that overusing botox and filler had made his face appear "like something out of a horror film".The head judge, 62, was asked how he feels about one of this year's BGT acts, which was described as "essentially yourself in drag." It was then that Little Britain star David dosed a thorny dig at his co-star - whom he's known to engage in some hilarious back-and-forth banter with whilst judging the show. "Next, we need your double [to show all] your plastic surgery," David laughed.
