The 22-year-old - who is currently taking a break from playing Craig Tinker on the ITV soap - looks almost unrecognisable these days after shedding the pounds through exercise and healthy eating.
Colson has been enjoying a few days in the capital, but has kept up with his fitness routine while there and has even hit the gym.
He previously revealed he was taking a break from the soap to help his sister Hannah, who is a vet, during lambing season on her farm.
