Cops launch urgent appeal for missing man who was last seen in East Kilbride

Police have launched an urgent appeal for a missing 31-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since Sunday. Gavin Shanley vanished after he was last spotted in East Kilbride, Lanarkshire on Sunday, May 10.

Officers from Police Scotland are asking anyone who may have information about his whereabouts to get in touch with them immediately.

There are growing concerns for his welfare. He is described as Scottish with natural tanned skin, 5ft8, slim build, shoulder length straight dark hair, a beard – more than a stubble but not bushy.He was wearing a dark blue/black North Face puffer jacket, dark blue/black waterproof trousers, brown walking boots and carrying a rucksack.
