People in Perth were given a boost during the coronanvirus lockdown by a musician who was entertaining residents from outside a care home.Perthshire-based guitar player Chris White had set up his amp outside the window of Balhousie’s North Inch Care home, keeping the old folk inside entertained while maintaining his distance.But people in flats nearby could not get enough of his uplifting tunes and started a sing-along of their own.Voices rang out in solidarity when he played ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’.Laura Souter shared a video of the moment on social media, and said: “A lovely man playing guitar and singing to the folk in the home round our bit in Muirton.
