Former Celtic star Charlie Nicholas claims Rangers' crusade against the SPFL is a disguise to mask their wretched run before football was shutdown amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Ibrox side's wish for an EGM was granted on Monday when the league body announced Scottish football is heading to the ballot box on Tuesday, May 12.Rangers insist they will deliver evidence of alleged wrongdoing at an "appropriate time" in the wake of the controversial season-ending vote to finish the season below the Premiership.
But Nicholas has been left unimpressed with Rangers and reckons further recriminations involving the SPFL are the last thing our game needs as coronavirus continues to wreak havoc.
