Charges look set to return to council-owned car parks in Paisley from next week in a bid to stop commuters hogging spaces all day.Councillors on the infrastructure, land and environment board will be asked tomorrow to approve the abolition of blanket free off-street parking in the town centre which has been in place since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic last year.It is also proposed the Free for Three scheme will return to the six car parks it was being piloted in in Orchard Street, Weighhouse Close, Hunter Street (upper and lower), Oakshaw and School Wynd.Renfrewshire Live, the new free app dedicated to bringing you around the clock breaking news, is now available to download.Powered by the Paisley Daily Express, Renfrewshire Live is
