Juranovic earned plaudits for his performance which saw the full-back keep tabs on Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr and Rodygo during the 120 minute clash.
The defender has been linked with a move away from the Scottish Premiership with contract talks with Celtic stalling, while Atletico Madrid were among a number of clubs named to have scouted the 27-year-old during the game.
