Celtic and Rangers British Super League move would 'finish Scottish football' as Brazil and Parlour share fears

Alan Brazil insists a proposed British Super League would be good news for Celtic and Rangers but no one else would benefit.

The long-mooted move is reportedly back on the agenda in the wake of the aborted European Super League but understands the plan looks a non-starter.

Others in Scottish football have long believed the big two exiting would allow teams such as Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts and Dundee United to flourish and provide the country with a new name on the league trophy for the first time in 36 years.

But Ray Parlour doesn't subscribe to that theory and the former Arsenal star believes the game's up in the Scottish Premiership if Celtic and Rangers ever head south of the border.
