Celebrity Big Brother's Louis Walsh didn't hold back when he was asked about the singing duo Jedward, made up of John and Edward, who Louis coached back in 2009 on the X Factor.
The ITV show, hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, returned for another episode on Tuesday night, March 12, with its second live eviction of the series.Throughout the series, Louis has been open about his opinions on certain celebrities and in the latest episode, things got a bit awkward when Coronation Street star Colson Smith asked him: "What were Jedward like?" and Louis responded: "They were vile." He then revealed: "I got five million quid for them though, I swear on my mother's life", before adding: "They were vile.
But they were novelty and it was great for the show. It's all about the show." Back in 2016, the twins didn't take it well when Louis said they were "the most embarrassing thing to happen to him." They hit back, saying: "I think we are the most financially beneficial act of his career in the last 10 years." John also said: "I don't think he took us under his wing.
I think we were already flying and he was like, 'Oh I think I want a part of that. I think he got old. It's like someone saying behind your back and you are like, 'wait, I didn't know there was a problem.'".
