Carluke waste centre booking system to continue following a successful pilot

The booking scheme at Carluke waste centre is to continue after the pilot received positive feedback.Last year, South Lanarkshire councillors gave the go-ahead to introduce a pilot booking scheme at Carluke Household Waste and Recycling Centre to reduce waiting times and prevent long queues of traffic.Although the pilot received some complaints, the overall feedback was positive.
