'Bring a picnic instead': Plea to keep BBQs off the moors to stop devastating wildfires

With schools on half term, and the Easter bank holiday weekend ahead, officials are expecting to see more people out and about on the moorland, and are begging people to do their part to stop wildfires.

Paul Duggan, head of prevention at Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, has urged people to be careful to prevent another disaster like the 2018 moor fires.
