Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The horrific incident happened in Shevington, Wigan, at around 2.50pm today (SUN). Emergency services were called to reports that a house had collapsed a person may be trapped under the rubble.
