Bon Iver are back with a new song called “PDLIF,” which is an abbreviation for “Please Don’t Live in Fear.” Listen to it below.
Proceeds from the song will go to Direct Relief, who offer support to health care workers during the coronavirus pandemic. The new song samples Alabaster DePlume’s “Visit Croatia” and was produced by Justin Vernon, Jim-E Stack, and BJ Burton.
Kacy Hill contributed vocals, and Rob Moose contributed string arrangements, each adding their part to the song from self-isolation.
