dailyrecord.co.ukyoungsters fit during lockdown and now Body Coach Joe Wicks has completed a 24-hour workout for Children In Need. The dad-of-two raised more than £1million for the cause with his interactive 24 Hour PE Challenge which saw children and their families joining in from home.
After completing the challenge Joe, 34, said: "I don't know how I'm still standing. I thought I'd be asleep on the mat."But I think it's all your energy, it's the fact that you're taking part with me now makes me want to keep going."Speaking before he started the challenge he said he hoped his efforts would be a good wy to round off a difficult year.He said: "2020 has been a challenging year for us all, so what better way to end it than by raising money for BBC Children in.
