Ever wondered what Beyoncé would look like with short hair? Wonder no more, as she’s just showcased a blunt bob hairstyle. In campaign images for her fashion brand Ivy Park’s collaboration with Adidas for Valentine’s Day, the legendary singer has ditched her signature long tresses and can be seen with a honey-coloured jaw-length bob, complete with a full fringe.
Although we’re fairly sure that this hair transformation has been created with the help of a wig, there’s no denying that Queen B looks great with a bob – so naturally members of the Beyhive were quick to praise the star on the new look, dubbing it "Bobbyoncé in the comments section of the post. “Baby it’s the BOB for me!” one gushed, while another added, “Ok Bey Wintour” in reference to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour’s signature ‘do.
Meanwhile a third chimed in with, “The BOB and BANGS though!” as a fourth commented, “it’s the bangs and bob for me!”. Considering that bobs have been tipped as one of the top 2022 hair trends, it’s no surprise that Queen B has jumped on the bandwagon with her latest style.
And it’s not just Beyoncé who has changed up her look recently. Jodie Comer has opted for a more lengthy version of the on-trend style in the form of a layered long bob, unveiling her new style on Instagram just over a week ago.
