Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Glasgow institution Martha’s is back with a new city-wide delivery service and collection option from Platform. Fans are thrilled at the news, teased over recent weeks, that the sadly missed café and takeaway which specialised in healthy lunches for office workers is returning in a new form – based in the Platform kitchens and sending out sensational, nutritious food.

But while the outfit will operate in a new way, all the old favourites are back – from classic recipes like Red Dragon Pork and Chipotle Chicken to original boss Gavin Clark returning to ensure the food is exactly as fans remember it.

Gav, 51, said: “It’s great to be working with actual Martha’s regulars to relaunch the business."My primary role is to ensure the same values.
