Hellena Taylor, the actress who voiced the title character in the first two Bayonetta video games, is asking fans to boycott the upcoming third game.
The video games are among the most popular games ever made and have earned the creators hundreds of millions of dollars, but Hellena didn’t see any of that money.
In a new video posted to social media, Hellena explained to fans that she was paid an incredibly small amount of money compared to the profits made by the video game company, so she decided to not return for the third game. Click inside to read more… “The Bayonetta franchise made an approximated $450 million, and that’s not including merchandise,” Hellena said in her video. “As an actor, I trained for a total of seven and a half years – three years at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art Lambda with voice coach Barbara Berkery, and four and a half years with the legendary Larry Moss in Los Angeles.
