Ayrshire Hospice Go Purple! Memory Walk will see crowds set off around the streets of Ayr — taking part in walks of either four, nine or 13 miles.It marks the return of the charity's flagship event following an absence due to Covid.Crowds will leave Ayr Racecourse at 8pm and 9pm on Saturday, September 4 to chart a course around the town and into Alloway.Ayr Audi return as the event's principal sponsor, with a large field set to assemble.Graham Strawthorn, assistant fundraising manager at the Hospice, said: "Over the past 16 months we've had to adapt many of our fundraising events, activities and campaigns and it's great to see some of our events able to go ahead after what's been a challenging time for everyone."We're really excited to.
