Parents are loving a new range of kids' clothing at Asda, but are all asking the same question. The Empowering Girls collection launched to coincide with International Women's Day on Tuesday, in a bid to 'inspire young girls to aim high and most importantly – be proud of who they are'.
Inclusive T-shirt designs from illustrator Angela Mayers depict girls as an astronaut with the slogan 'everything is in your reach, so aim for the stars', a doctor with the slogan 'she needed a hero so that's what she became' and a painter accompanied by the words 'paint the world with your magical mind'.
