An Albion Rovers chief doesn’t believe the club could afford to play behind closed doors – and called for clarity on league reconstruction next term.
Secretary Colin Woodward dubbed the passing of the SPFL’s crisis plan last week as “one step, but we are looking for a few more.” He reckons it will be impossible for the Cliftonhill outfit to have the cash to support playing behind closed doors every week with thoughts turning to next season if a lockdown remains in place.
