Struggling with midweek meal ideas? You're not alone, but your air fryer might just be the answer to spicing things up. Content creator @fraser_reynolds, who shares tasty recipes on TikTok, raved about the dish he was showing social media users how to make, saying: "Once you try this air fryer sweet chilli chicken you'll literally have it on repeat every single week." Next, he sautes chopped onion and two peppers, then adds the prepared sauce. Fraser then combines the "gorgeous chicken" with the sauce and vegetables.

The final step is to mix it all together and serve with noodles, or "serve it with some noods [noodles]" as he calls them. Fraser declared: "There you have it, an absolute cracker of a midweek scran." In the comments, one follower exclaimed: "Just made this, measured with the heart and wow it's spicy but well good (think I was a bit heavy with the Siracha)." Another commented: "Made this tonight, was absolutely amazing".
