One of Manchester Dogs Home's longest residents is still to find his forever home after 159 days at the shelter. Rover, a two-year-old crossbreed that the shelter describes as ‘bouncy’, first came into their care earlier this year after his owner could no longer care for him due to ill health.
Since arriving at the centre, Rover has won over staff with his sunny disposition and playful nature, showing a love for being active and going on plenty of walks, as well as playing his favourite game of football.
