Woman accused of forcing man to have sex cleared after saying she was too 'lazy'
dailyrecord.co.ukA college student accused of forcing a man to have sex with her has been cleared of the charge, after claiming she was "too lazy" to have committed the alleged offence.
Imogen Brooke burst into tears in the dock and thanked jurors after they took just one hour to find her not guilty, on her 31st birthday, reports the Daily Mirror.
Miss Brooke had denied the charge of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent at her flat in Southampton, Hants, as well as claiming she couldn't have also given her alleged victim a non-consensual love-bite during as she "can't multitask".
The court has heard a "very drunk" Brooke was feeling "horny" when she wouldn't take no for an answer and allegedly committed the offence on the man, whose protests were allegedly going "in one ear and out the other".She allegedly told him: "You may be saying no but your d*** is saying yes".
