The kick-off time for Manchester City’s match at Newcastle has been moved back to 2pm as Covid chaos reigns in the Premier League.
The match at St James Park was originally scheduled for that time but was later re-scheduled for 2.15pm at the request of broadcasters Sky, so they could fit in Everton vs Leicester at 12noon and give themselves a triple bill on Sunday afternoon.
But that game has fallen foul of the spate of positive Covid tests sweeping through the country, so Sky have requested the time be switched back to its original slot, with just over 48 hours to go until kick off.
