The huge convoy was watched by onlookers who stood on bridges above the road to take pictures and videos of the massive vehicles as they passed.

It was for a good cause, with drivers raising money to help the family of Heidi Patterson, a toddler who is due to go through a life-changing operation.

Three-year-old Heidi suffered from severe complications at birth, resulting in her being diagnosed with quadriplegic cerebral palsy when she was eight months old.
