Six fire engines were called to a fire at a petrol station in Bury this morning. Emergency services were called to reports of a fire at a shop unit of a petrol station on Bury Road in Radcliffe at around 9.30am on Sunday (November 21).
The incident led to Bury Road being closed in both directions while fire crews attended to the fire. Eye-witnesses at the scene said the fire broke out at the petrol station shop. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used three hose reels and a hose jet to extinguish the fire.
